Tired of long, rigid challenges that drag on for months? DK30 keeps it focused and fierce—just 30 days of commitment to push your limits and stay on track. Whether you’re fresh off another challenge or just need a new spark, this one’s for you.

Here’s what DK30 is all about:

1. Three Workouts a Day

Each workout is 30 minutes. Do them back-to-back or spread them out— no time restrictions. Indoors or outdoors? Doesn’t matter. You choose your movement: walk, lift, run, yoga, karate, basketball—whatever keeps you moving. Do it while wearing a hat, petting a cat—we don’t care. Just get it done.

2. Hydration

One gallon of water per day. No excuses. Your body will thank you.

3. Ditch the Reading

Not a reader? Perfect. No required reading here. Instead, commit to 10 minutes of stretching or foam rolling each day.

4. Follow a Diet

Choose a nutrition plan that aligns with your goals—gain muscle, lose weight, or just eat clean. The point is to stay disciplined and intentional.

5. Zero Alcohol

You heard us. No booze for 30 days. Your focus, energy, and results will speak for themselves.

6. No Chocolate GK vetoed this one.

7. Fail Any Requirement 1000 pushups and 1000 Donna Dips… or start over on Day 1. Choose Day 1.
